Meet the founder
Dr. Shantana Robinson
Known as Dr. Shay, and as Dr. Bridge Builder
Over 25 years of business capacity experience, and one-on-one meetings with more than 800 businesses to fill gaps and plan next steps. Her tagline: "Assisting you with managing and scaling for success!"
Through MFAD she builds business courses, scaling projects, outreach and technical assistance, runs market research, connects agencies with resource partners and trains companies for growth.
