MFAD Creative Group LLC (“MFAD,” “we,” “us”) runs the MFAD Capacity HUB website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Contact messages. If you use the contact form, your name, email address, subject and message. The form opens your own email app with your message ready to send to us, so we receive it as an ordinary email.
• Capacity Alert signup. Your email address, sent to us the same way, if you ask to join our email list.
• Order requests. The items in your cart and any details you add (such as your name, business and phone number) when you send an order request by email.
• Chat assistant. Messages you type into the “Let’s chat” assistant. When the AI assistant is turned on, your messages are sent through our server to an AI provider (Anthropic) to write a reply. Please do not share passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details in the chat. [Confirm whether chat messages are stored or logged. This site does not store them on a server.]

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
• Your browser’s storage. To remember your cart and your chat in the current session, this site saves small items in your browser (local storage and session storage). These stay on your device. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. [Update if analytics are added.]

Third-party services this site loads

• Google Fonts delivers the site’s typefaces. Your browser contacts Google to download them, which shares your IP address with Google.
• Product images in the shop are loaded from the image host of MFAD’s current website. [Update when images are hosted on this site.]
• Links to other sites (for example Eventbrite, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook) are governed by those sites’ own policies.

How we use information

• To reply to your messages and order requests and to provide our services.
• To send the Capacity Alert if you asked for it. Each email will include a way to unsubscribe and our postal address.
• To answer your questions through the chat assistant.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (such as hosting, email and the AI provider), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. [MFAD to state its retention periods.]

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the Capacity Alert at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us.
• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@management4aday.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires.
• Clear your cart and chat at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Children

This site is for business owners and organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, and the site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
