Accessibility Statement

MFAD Creative Group LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the standard commonly used for ADA and Section 508 compliance.

What we have done

• A “Skip to main content” link and clear page landmarks.
• Full keyboard use: every button, tab, dialog, form and the chat assistant can be used without a mouse. The section tabs use the arrow keys, Home and End.
• Visible focus outlines and large touch targets.
• Text and button colors chosen for strong contrast.
• Descriptive labels, error messages and instructions on forms.
• Pop-up windows (product details, cart) trap focus while open, close with the Escape key and return you to where you were.
• Animations can be paused with the Pause button, and they are off by default if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Pages adjust to phone, tablet and desktop screens and to zoom up to 200%.
• Content is built with standard HTML and works with screen readers.

Known limitations

• Some product images in the shop are supplied by a third-party image host and have short descriptions only.
• Downloadable documents, such as the AI Prompt Playbook PDF, may not yet be fully accessible. [MFAD to confirm.] Contact us for an alternative format.
• Links to other websites (for example Eventbrite and social media) are outside our control.

How this was checked

The site was reviewed by the developer using automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader-structure testing. It has not yet had an independent audit. [Recommended before launch: an independent WCAG audit and a test with real assistive technology users.]
